What makes Pin Oak Park different.

Pin Oak Park Design

Pin Oak Park consists of small office buildings between 960 sf and 2,688 sf designed to resemble the Houston Heights homes from the 20s and 30s. They have pavestone walkways leading up to cozy front porches and are painted in soft tones pleasing to the eye. Rock waterfalls scattered throughout the village add a certain charm and comfortable feel to the areas around the office buildings.

The overall development was designed with accessible pavestone walkways and several patio areas with park benches that add to the overall connectivity of the site.

Landscaping

Pin Oak Park is a park-like setting where you can relax between meetings. Take a break and sit on a park bench at any of the stone patios, listen to the birds, hear the sounds of a rock waterfall, the calls of mourning doves, or watch a Monarch Butterfly.

Numerous native Texas blooming plants and shrubs have been planted on the grounds, around the buildings, and along the walkways — including knockout roses, nearly wild roses, esperanza, butterfly iris, springeri fern, hibiscus, wax myrtle, crepe myrtle, lorapetalum, foxtail fern, coppertone loquat, dwarf bottlebrush, dwarf red nandina, japonica, walters viburnum, giant lirope, ginger, Aztec grass, Mexican petunia, sago palm, and lantana.

Security

Wrought iron fences and gates with security access codes help secure the property at night. The office park is well-lit with high-intensity parking lot lighting to help with access and security.

Tree Preservation

At least 12 species of trees grow in Pin Oak Park. When the park was developed, as many trees as possible were saved. Species represented include pin oak, water oak, post oak, Shumard red oak, Nuttall red oak, Loblolly pine, sweet gum, live oak, pecan, redbud, cedar, and Bradford pear — all adding to the charm and ambiance of Pin Oak Park.
